Due to the event interval and duration. the actual capture number could be more than/less than the preset number.
If you can’t change the OSD, please use the ONVIF test tool to check whether it can modify the OSD, if doesn’t, please contact the manufacturer for further help.

Error messages like ‘import failed’, ‘connection failed’ and ‘connection time out’, the possible reasons are listed as follows:
1, Bad network condition. We can test the network by ‘Ping’ command.
2, Check whether the management port/server port has been opened if you want to add the device via WAN IP.
3, Incorrect user name or password.
4, IP address or Mac address is locked. We need to confirm with administrator.
Third Stream: Independent of main stream and sub stream, supported resolutions include all resolutions of main stream and sub stream. The encoding parameters can be configured individually. Given the network conditions and the terminal display capabilities, third streams is optional for remote live view: HD with full frame rate, HD with low frame rate and SD with full frame rate, respectively. Together with SVC and target cropping, third stream provides better live view performance. Also third stream offers users an alternative to select data streams.

If the transmitting path is interdicted by cement or steel, the signal attenuation is obvious;
Normally IP product performs well for 100m outdoor and 50m indoor.
Shortage of resolution often occurs on a combination of box camera and lens, usually two causes lead to this problem (as shown below), and the problem makes the picture appear blurry (more specifically speaking hazy):
1) A SD lens is used on a HD IPC.
2) A larger image format lens is used with a camera of smaller image format.
The mismatch between lens and camera leads to this phenomenon. When applying a HD IPC, you’d better choose a HD lens with similar image format size and make sure that the image format size of lens is no less than the size of IPC. Only when the listed two conditions are satisfied, we can solve the problem.
