Go to menu>Shutdown>Reboot.
Go to Main Menu >Export, set query criteria and click Search to enter the video query list interface. Select the video clips found and USB Flash Drive and click Export all or Export.
Go to main menu>Configuration>Exceptions> select Exception Type and tick Audible Warning.
For back-end devices connected with monitor, check the QR code in local GUI. The path is Configuration->Network->Advanced Settings->Platform Access
We recommend you to export the video locally through the monitor.
1) Go to Main Menu >Playback;
2) Select a channel and date>click on the time point of the progress bar> click Start clipping in the bottom left corner;
3) Move mouse to where you want to end in the progress bar> click Stop clipping;
4) Right click anywhere in the interface>click Exit to save the video file.
It mainly occurs in 3rd camera, please confirm the encoding type of the camera, try to modify it as H.264, MJPEG.
Please check the following reasons:
1, Check whether the record configurations are normal;
2, Select a channel to play back in the Playback interface or enter the Export interface and search the existence of the video in this channel. (this method refers to the local playback)
3, Confirm whether the user account has permission of playback.
4, It’s suggested that customers check the hard drive to make sure if there are bad sectors.
5, Check whether there is exception information for this time period on the log.
Disable Wizard: Go to menu>Configuration>General>General> Remove the tick of Enable Wizard.
Disable Password: Go to menu>Configuration>General>General> Remove the tick of Enable Password.
Go to main menu>Camera>Camera Management>OSD
Remove the tick of Disable Name and Disable Date.
Go to Menu>Configuration>Exceptions to disable Enable Event Hint.
